I design the tools people work in.
Twenty years of product design for operational and enterprise software — handheld apps used on a store floor under a countdown, and data platforms used to move commercial real estate across three continents. I work on the products where a design decision shows up in an error rate.

I led the team to propose and execute a UX solution for improving user engagement.

Verizon ThingSpace Concept Design
Verizon's ThingSpace portal is designed to streamline the development and deployment of IoT applications, consisting of three main pillars: ThingSpace Manage, ThingSpace Market, and ThingSpace Developer. In 2015, the platform was specifically tailored towards applications that analyze IoT data, allowing developers to utilize APIs and hardware bundled with developer kits to collect and transfer data for analysis. For instance, if a vendor developed a smart sensor to collect pollution data and required integration with Verizon ThingSpace services, the ThingSpace Market could provide a seamless solution.
